ComplyARM has entered a new strategic relationship with Acumen Solutions Group in Melville, NY to enhance license management through the addition of new licensing and insurance fields and workflows.

On August 1st, 2015 Acumen Solutions Group will begin giving their clients access to their new customized version of ComplyARM Dashboard. Acumen clients will be able to maintain a company profile, track the progress and status of licenses and insurance policies through the new portal. Clients can request license renewals, and even provide all the needed information for renewal right in ComplyARM Dashboard.
Acumen Solutions Group is now the first licensing and insurance firm in the industry to offer a digitized portal for securely providing and managing collection agency and debt buyer licenses and insurance policies.
Benefits to ComplyARM Clients
As part of the new Acumen relationship, ComplyARM has made major enhancements to the licensing and insurance tracking tools built into Dashboard. Through our relationship with Acumen, we have been able to identify and build-in new data fields to better keep track of all the information that needs to be provided to the different licensing bodies around the country.
To further benefit our clients, ComplyARM has included the new “Apply for License” button on all the licensing pages that allows you to formally request a new license via Acumen’s support team. New license application information, with your permission, is captured from your Company Profile and provided to Acumen’s team to complete and manage the application process for you.
