Adam Parks Running for DBA Intl’ Board
ComplyARM is proud to announce that founding Partner Adam Parks is running for the open DBA International Board of Directors seats in 2016. As an active organization participant, we believe he can add value to the organization through his transactional knowledge and his experience with compliance and technology.
Over the past 10 years the debt buying industry has faced new economic and regulatory challenges. These external factors continue to play a role in the way we do business, and Adam believes it is crucial for our industry to actively address these issues and work to educate regulators on the essential role the debt buyer plays in the overall economy. o
Throughout his career, he has held executive roles with debt buying, brokerage and technology vendor organizations giving him a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and business. We believe this experience will benefit the DBA International Board of Directors, providing a deeper understanding of technology systems and their application to our business operations.
Adam cares about the future of our industry and truly believe that DBA International is our best hope for educating our government on the essential role our industry plays. He has volunteered himself as a candidate for a Board of Directors position because his efforts will add valuable insight, and have a positive effect on the future of our industry.
Adam Parks Biography
Adam Parks is the Chief Compliance Officer for Lismore Holdings, a debt buyer that acquires accounts for recovery. In addition to his Chief Compliance Officer role, Adam is a partner at ComplyARM where he is responsible for the design and development of their flagship online compliance management system.
Through his 10 years’ experience, in the industry Adam has developed tools for acquiring, evaluating and managing consumer accounts. Adam has created the technology infrastructure used to manage debt buying businesses including creditor underwriting platforms, compliance management systems, websites, and payment portals.
Adam Parks is also a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) and member of the DBA International Education Committee and the Editorial Committee. Adam is also a frequent presenter/author at the annual DBA International Conference, the educational webinar series and in DBA Magazine. Adam received both his undergraduate and MBA from Lynn University.
