Randy Slovin manages Slovin & Associates, including its finances, staff, and attorneys. 

Our staff.  They are hard workers, never say no, and treat each other with respect.

Like other industries, the ability to locate quality people is becoming harder and harder.

I think we will continue to see more outsourcing of services to third parties, which means more people dedicated to overseeing the outsourced projects or tasks.

Success is coming into the office, and truly enjoying the people that you work with on a daily basis. 

After my father saw our operations after a couple of years in business, he said: “Now we have something special, and we just need to grow it larger in order that we continue to survive and thrive”.

Get to know as many people as possible in the industry, and find a few people who can act as mentors for you in your profession.

Helping to raise 3 successful and happy sons, and the fact that they all chose to live or move back to our hometown of Cincinnati.

My favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
