Stephanie Clark has built her career over two decades at VeriFacts, working her way up from Sales Rep. to CEO. Like her unique team, she is known by many to be enthusiastic and altruistic, with deep-rooted involvement in her home county of Whiteside County, IL. In Stephanie’s words, “As the CEO, I get to be a dreamer and do my best to make those dreams become a reality.”

The utilization of AI and using technology to better communicate with our customers.

I expect rules and regulations to begin to catch up to technology to allow us to bring the best possible communication offerings to our clients with confidence.

For me, success is something we can feel every day. If I can continue to represent our company by making decisions that allow me to sleep peacefully, I’ve had a successful day.

I’ve received a lot of wonderful and meaningful advice in my career, but the one I use daily is, “The best way to predict your future is to create it.”

Don’t get comfortable. Never stop striving for better results and always be ready with a “Plan B.” Industry rules, guidelines, and best practices change frequently. Also, find industry friends and partners who share your values. Lean on each other for support, guidance, and encouragement.

I’m most proud of embracing the opportunity to buy the company I have worked for and loved for 20 years. Taking this leap of faith with my friends was scary but it has been one of the best decisions of my life.

Probably my favorite pastime, other than working and being a mom, is reading. I read every day! I try to throw some educational or inspiring books into the mix, but to be honest, I can’t say no to a good murder mystery.

No question… I would want to be Wonder Woman.
