What are your primary duties in your current role?

As the VP of Recoveries, I bring a comprehensive approach to recovering funds and assets owed to our clients. With a focus on efficiency, compliance, and relationship management, I drive results and contribute to the financial success of the organization, our vendor partners, and our clients.

How did you join the receivables industry?

I have been in the industry for about 13 years now. I started out entry-level at TRAKAmerica in their Legal Department and worked my way up within the department before moving over to the Performance Management side of things as VP of Performance Management. I recently began my journey with Harvest as their VP of Recoveries and am excited for what the future holds.

In the receivables industry, what emerging trend has your attention?

Digital strategy is extremely interesting to me and also very important to the industry overall.

What are your hopes for the receivables industry?

My hope for the industry is that we continue to grow technologically and expand our partnerships to better serve our clients and ultimately long-term goals overall within a heavily regulated environment.

What is your favorite part of working at your company?

I love learning and that is done here at Harvest daily. I also appreciate the overall focus on employee growth at the professional and individual levels.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received in life?

Don’t expect others to treat you as you treat them.

What are you most proud of, or what is your biggest accomplishment?

Professionally, my biggest accomplishment was taking a failing department and making it one of the best. It took a lot of work but it also took collaboration and building trust within my team at the time.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

An attorney, a soldier, and a doctor… all at various times growing up. :)

If you work from home, what is the best thing about your home office setup/working from home? And if you work in an office, what is your favorite part of working in the office?

I love my standing desk at home as it keeps me from sitting all day. I also really enjoy having my puppy as my assistant.

What is your favorite book, movie, TV show, podcast, or music genre?

People would be surprised if they knew…

I wrote a children’s book in Spanish when I was younger and have a goal in life to get it published.

Do you have a pet? If so, what kind and what’s their name?

I have a Mini Aussiedoodle and her name is Raven.
