I’m responsible for ensuring that clients’ and customers’ needs are taken care of in a timely manner, and for the onboarding of new clients, including program set up.

I have been with VeriFacts for 10 years now. I started in the Operations department as a Verification Specialist. I was then promoted to the Team Leader position. The Team Leader position evolved a lot over the 8 years I was in that role. I ended up getting super interested in the inventory side of the Ops department, and wanted to become more hands-on with VF clients and understand exactly what they are needing from us. A spot opened in Customer Service and I have been here loving it ever since.

AI. I think this could be huge for our industry! I’m excited to see where it takes us!

My hope is that more consumers would understand the role that the receivable industry plays in the credit lifecycle. I believe technology growth will help with this.

The ability to continue to grow and become more educated about the industry. I also work with some amazing people that have been great mentors over the years.

I bought my first home at the age of 18—huge thanks to my parents for teaching me the importance of saving money and maintaining a good credit score. Also, my kids! They motivate me to do better each day and they have taught me so much over the years.

Most of the time, I do work in the office. I love that I have been able to make my space my own. I also love that I can pop into anyone’s office at any time to brainstorm together.
