InvestiNet spearheads first Women in Consumer Finance event in South Carolina
Building on its commitment to empower women, Greenville-based InvestiNet hosts national luncheon to champion mentorship, leadership and community impact.
Greenville, S.C. – Women in Consumer Finance (WCF), the national organization dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and collaboration in the industry, brought its East Coast Connect luncheon to South Carolina for the first time on Wednesday, August 13. Hosted by InvestiNet in Greenville, the event drew female leaders together to connect, share insights and drive women’s advancement in the consumer finance sector.
This luncheon was held on the heels of InvestiNet’s recent Empowering Women Award, which recognizes the company’s commitment to creating a workplace where women thrive and that supports initiatives to elevate women in South Carolina and beyond.
The event featured keynote speaker Kylie Felker, President at Foster Victor Wealth Advisors, who drew from her extensive leadership experience to share lessons on resilience, building influence and leading with authenticity. Her candid and engaging remarks resonated with attendees, sparking meaningful conversations about overcoming industry barriers and supporting the next generation of female leaders.
Lunch, sponsored by Greenville-based WayThru Innovations, was provided by Jasmine Kitchen, a social enterprise program under the non-profit Jasmine Road, Inc., which equips women in crisis through job training, life-skills development and a supportive community. This partnership underscores the luncheon’s theme of uplifting women both professionally and personally.
