Pollack & Rosen Welcomes Juan Carlos Tabio to Miami Office

Attorney Brings Litigation and Government Experience to Support Firm’s Creditor Representation Practice

Pollack & Rosen is pleased to announce that Juan Carlos Tabio has joined the firm’s Miami office as an attorney, enhancing the firm’s litigation capabilities and further strengthening its ability to represent creditors in complex, regulated matters.

Mr. Tabio brings extensive experience spanning private practice and senior roles within the federal government, with a career focused on litigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment. His background provides Pollack & Rosen clients with added depth in navigating matters involving significant legal and procedural complexity.

Prior to joining Pollack & Rosen, Mr. Tabio served as Chief of the Human Rights Office for U.S. Southern Command, where he advised senior leadership on legal compliance, investigative findings, and risk mitigation under U.S. and international law. He previously held the position of Assistant Chief Counsel with the Department of Homeland Security, representing the U.S. Government in complex immigration litigation and national security-related proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Tabio practiced as Trial Counsel with Liebler, Gonzalez and Portuondo, where he represented clients in creditor rights matters before state and federal courts and managed cases through all phases of litigation. This hands-on litigation experience remains a core component of his legal practice and directly supports Pollack & Rosen’s creditor-focused work.

“Juan brings strong litigation judgment, and a disciplined, analytical approach that aligns well with how we serve our clients,” said Joseph Rosen, Managing Partner of Pollack & Rosen. “His experience across both private practice and senior government roles strengthens our Miami office and reinforces our commitment to building a deep, experienced legal team.”

Mr. Tabio is a member of the Florida Bar and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and is a native Spanish speaker. He also served honorably in the United States Marine Corps Reserves.

Pollack & Rosen continues to invest in experienced attorneys as part of its long-term growth strategy, ensuring the firm remains well positioned to deliver consistent, high-quality representation to creditors and financial institutions nationwide.
