Pollack & Rosen Welcomes Attorney Stephanie Nazario
Former Broward County Public Defender Brings Trial Experience to the Firm’s Creditors’ Rights Litigation Practice.
Pollack & Rosen is pleased to announce that Stephanie Nazario, Esq. has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney.
Nazario brings significant courtroom experience to the firm following more than two and a half years with the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, where she managed a high-volume caseload and handled serious felony matters. In that role, she served as a lead attorney within the felony division, supervising other attorneys while continuing to litigate complex cases in court.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Nazario worked for several years as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm, where she gained experience managing high-volume legal matters and supporting litigation teams. During law school, she also explored a variety of legal environments, including work with an immigration law firm and advocacy work with autistic children.
Nazario was admitted to the practice of law in September 2023. Her early career focused heavily on courtroom litigation, where she developed a strong interest in trial advocacy and case management.
At Pollack & Rosen, Nazario will continue to expand her litigation practice while gaining experience in civil litigation and creditors’ rights law. The firm represents clients in courts across Florida, providing Nazario with the opportunity to appear in jurisdictions throughout the state.
