In this role, Burns-Ostapenko will work closely with internal and external partners to support scalable, data-driven recovery operations. The position will focus on placement strategy, performance analytics, agency accountability, segmentation, advanced routing models, and continuous improvement across Landmark’s outsourced partner network.
