Gerald Lewis is the President and Owner of Plaza Services LLC, an accounts receivable portfolio investment firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Gerald founded the company in 2013 and has since worked to ensure that Plaza takes an empathetic approach as they manage and service acquired accounts while maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards. 

With compliance and ethical standards as one of their core focuses, Plaza under Gerald’s leadership has strived to become a beacon of accounts receivable management (ARM) industry standards. Plaza is a Certified Receivables Business with Receivables Management Association International and maintains a Soc 2 Type 2 Security Audit certification. With memberships in other collection associations like ACA International and the Georgia Collectors Association, Plaza has positioned themselves to understand and adapt to the ever-changing ARM industry.  

Gerald earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance from the University of Georgia and has been working in the financial industry ever since. After college, Gerald worked with Stephens Inc. as an investment banker and equity analyst. Gerald also spent time as the Director of Acquisitions for OSI Portfolio Services before embracing entrepreneurship as an independent debt buyer. 

Outside the office, Gerald has worked to make Plaza Services a true member of the community. Plaza has donated to many charities including donations to Voices for Georgia’s Children, a nonprofit organization that helps to improve the well-being of children through support and advocacy efforts. For their consumers, Plaza also has sponsored several financial literacy articles to promote and foster financial wellness.
