Kristina Swanson serves as Counsel with Actuate Law and is a Visiting Professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she teaches legal communication and analysis.  Kristina has extensive experience distilling complicated business disputes to a comprehensive, persuasive litigation strategy.
