In his current position, Rodney Giove is the owner of the law firm Rodney A. Giove, Esq; acts as the Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel for Metacorp, LLC, is Legal Counsel for Rocky Mountain Capital Management, and is an Assistant Public Defender and Conflict Attorney for Niagara County in New York. Rodney’s work culminates in almost two decades of experience across all facets of the legal landscape. 

Rodney’s law firm, which he began out of law school in 2002, focuses on corporate law, commercial transactions, contract law, and commercial real estate law. But what ties him into the ARM industry is his extensive legal knowledge of the licensing issues for debt collection companies. In 2019, Rodney Giove joined Metacorp as Chief Compliance Officer. He helps prepare and submit state licensing and registration applications while handling all legal and regulatory matters for the business. 

Rodney received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The State University of New York at Buffalo and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the same university in the early 2000s. As a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional from Receivables Management Association International, Rodney also is part of the ACA International, New York State Defenders Association, and the New York State and Niagara County Bar Association. With two decades of law experience, Rodney uses his extensive knowledge, connections, and compliance experience to help ARM companies and Metacorp succeed in a challenging environment. 

When not at work, Rodney is a proud father of two boys and loves sports. If there isn’t a game on, or if the children aren’t at school, Rodney volunteers as a soccer coach and has volunteered at many organizations in the Niagara area.
