Ronni Majewski is the President of Logicoll, LLC, a professional debt collection agency founded in July 2020. As a veteran of the Accounts Receivable Management industry, Ronni spent 12 years with Stoneleigh Recovery Associates before beginning Logicoll. Ronni and the Logicoll team are committed to addressing the changing needs of consumers. Their commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service has resulted in Logicoll’s growth and its proven reputation within the ARM industry. 

Operating out of Lombard, IL, Logicoll, LLC is a member of Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) and ACA International. In 2020, Logicoll moved to a larger office to accommodate growth, always remaining focused on developing a company culture and highly-trained staff that are focused on quality care for their consumers. 

In the workplace, Ronni is focused on fostering a culture of employee engagement and professionalism. The foundation Logicoll sets helps them not only attract and retain their staff but also allows their employees to grow within Logicoll and potentially follow the example Ronni set in her career rising through the ranks of previous collection agencies. 

Ronni worked for Risk Management Alternatives for 13 years, becoming an Operations Manager during her time with the company. After over a decade working within the ARM industry and with clients from all over the county, Ronni moved to Stanley Weinberg & Associates as an Operations Manager before transitioning to Stoneleigh Recovery Associates and then her current position as President of Logicoll, LLC. 

Ronni has been married for 18 years and is a mother of two daughters and a son. When she isn’t working, Ronni spends as much time as possible with her family, including annual vacations at the beach. Ronni considers her biggest accomplishment to be her family and raising her three children to “be kind human beings and showing them that with hard work anything is possible.” Ronni lives in Illinois and supports St. Jude’s Children Hospital as a Partner In Hope.
