Tom Clement is the Chief Sales Officer and Partner of Frontline Asset Strategies, LLC and CenterPoint Legal Solutions. Since he began in 2018, Tom and Frontline have worked to grow the business beyond their Minnesotan roots and expand into Jacksonville, Florida. Founded in 2008, Frontline is a client-consumer-focused business and with Tom as the CSO, FSA’s growth between their Minneapolis home and the Jacksonville office has positioned them to expand their client services. 

Frontline operates as a Certified Receivables Business with Receivables Management Association International (RMAI). They are also members of ACA International and an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. 

A long history of community involvement highlights Frontline’s goals in both Minneapolis and Jacksonville. One of Frontline’s core values – leading by example in creating positive change and encouraging others to support organizations important to them – has endless support through Tom’s leadership. From supporting the Naked Warrior Project and Elite Meet to donations to Toys for Tots, Frontline is at the forefront of community involvement.

Tom has an extensive background in the Accounts Receivable Management industry. Prior to joining Frontline Asset Strategies, Tom began his ARM career with Discover Financial Services in the early 90s. He worked in the collections industry with well-known originators such as Associates Capital Bank & Bank of America managing front-end collections. From here, Tom transitioned from originator to servicer with Preferred Credit Management, a credit counseling company before accepting the position of Vice President of Sales with GC Services in the early 2000s. Tom then joined Enhanced Resource Centers, LLC in the fall of 2003 and spent the following 12 plus years, helping to expand the enterprise by bringing top-tier bank and retail lenders to the organization.
