Attendee Early-Bird Pricing
(Rates go up by $260 after June 10, 2026)
Individuals
- $1,535 Members
- $2,665 Non-Exhibiting Affiliate Member
- $2,975 Nonmembers

Groups โ Member Tiers 1-3
- Send 2 or more attendees, pay $1,045 per person.
- All must be from the same company and register in the same transaction for discounted rates to apply. Group discounts apply only to those with โCompanyโ or Attorney Organizationโ memberships.
Groups โ Member Tiers 4-9
- Send 2 to 3 attendees, pay $1,355 per person.
- Send 4 or more attendees, pay $1,045 per person.

Attendance at the following events is by invitation only:
- Council of Delegates Reception (for Council of Delegates, Board Candidates, Past Presidents, and Board Members)
- Council of Delegates Meeting (ACA members are welcome)
- group50 Meeting & Lunch (for group50 members and sponsors)
- Past Presidents Lunch (for ACA past presidents)
Tickets are required for:
- Paddles & Pints (ACPAC Event)
- $235 per person
- Presidentโs Closing Celebration
- This ticket is included in all full registrations. However, an RSVP and ticket are required for entry. This is to help us provide a count to the hotel so we can order the appropriate number of meals.
- Any guests who do not have an official convention name badge are required to purchase meal tickets. Meal tickets are only for your guests who do not work in the industry.
Only those with official convention badges will be allowed into ACA functions. Guests entering will need to show meal tickets.
Legal Education sessions are for ACA members only. Nonmembers will be noted with a different color name badge.

Registration and Cancellation
By registering for and/or attending an ACA International (โACAโ) event, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to ACAโs policies listed on this page and included elsewhere on its website and during the registration process, located at www.acainternational.org including, without limitation, ACAโs User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
If you decide to cancel after registration, a full refund minus a $75 processing fee will be provided but only for cancellations received by ACA in writing no later than June 22, 2026. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received by ACA on or after June 23, 2026. Registration fees from cancellations cannot be transferred to another event. If ACA is able to find someone to take your seat, a full refund will be provided. Cancellation fees cannot be transferred to a future event.
Registrations may not be transferred to another individual unless approved by ACA. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
ACA reserves the right to cancel any meeting.
Photos and Recording Notice
By registering for and/or attending an ACA event, you authorize ACA to use your image and/or voice in any promotional or informational material produced by or on behalf of ACA. This includes, without limitation, video, audio and photographs which may be distributed in ACA Daily, on the ACA website, event recap videos, future event promotions, photo libraries, social media, and email.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
By registering for and/or attending this event and/or attending any functions or sessions listed as on the event agenda, including those listed as โ[Interest Group]โ events, you acknowledge and agree that ACA is not responsible for any injury, claim, liability or other cause of action of any kind based upon or resulting from your participation in the event. You assume all risk and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind (โClaimsโ), that you may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Additionally, you release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless ACA and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, shareholders, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, the โReleased Partiesโ), of and from any such Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
Registrant and/or attendee acknowledges and understands that functions and sessions listed as an โ[Interest Group]โ on the event agenda are not hosted by ACA but rather are hosted solely by attendees and/or other third parties. Registrant and/or attendee agrees that ACA shall have no liability in connection with any such events.
Antitrust and Anti-Harassment Policy
ACA holds its members to the highest standards of professional conduct. These standards apply equally to all event participants. ACA expects all event participants to act responsibly and ethically when interacting with others at events. Please take a moment to reviewโฏACAโs Antitrust and Anti-Harassment PoliciesโฏandโฏCode of Conduct. If you have questions or concerns about possible non-compliance at an event, please inform a member of ACAโs staff.
Reservation Information-Sharing
ACA may provide personal registrant information, including, without limitation, the names, addresses, phone numbers and/or e-mail addresses of attendees and their guests, to Rosen Shingle Creek (โVenueโ), and ACA may receive personal guest reservation details from Venues for event-related meeting planning and contract fulfilment purposes. Your registration information will be shared with exhibitors and sponsors of the event as noted when you register. ACA may also contact you regarding your event participation or Hotel stay based on registration and reservation information received. You agree to receive communications from ACA, which may include marketing and promotional emails regarding ACAโs products and services. You can change your preferences at any time.
