With regard to disputes, you will receive a written acknowledgment of the receipt of your dispute. Disputes are typically processed within 1-2 business days of the request. If we are unable to locate your account, we may need to contact you. CPC will respond with the outcome of the investigation within 30 days of the receipt of the dispute.
