Plaza Services invites consumers to tell our management team about your experience with us and our agency partners. We comply with the Receivables Management Association International Certification Standards including providing direct communication channels for contacting our compliance team:
You will receive a written acknowledgement of the receipt of your dispute. Disputes are typically processed within 1-2 business days of the request. If we cannot locate your account, we may need to contact you. Plaza Services will respond with the outcome of the investigation within 30 days of the receipt of the dispute.
