    About NCBA

The National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA) is a trade association dedicated to creditors rights attorneys. It is committed to supporting, promoting, and protecting the practice of creditors rights law while ensuring fair treatment for all.

Originally founded in 1993 as the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), membership grew and the group quickly became the premier association for the creditors rights law. In 2015, after recognizing significant changes in the economy and their member firmsโ€™ practice areas, the association broadened their membership base to include firms practicing in foreclosure, bankruptcy, student loans, and replevin, as well as expanded their educational offerings and networking opportunities.

NCBA has over 300 members comprised of Law Firm Memberships and In-House Counsel Memberships, which includes approximately 1,800 attorneys. NCBA members practice in over 20 different practice areas throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.
