Brittany Terrill with Superlative RM featured on Executive Spotlight

Brittany ensures all of Superlative RM’s employees are taken care of, and makes sure interpersonal needs are handled accordingly and in a timely manner. In addition, she plans and preps for all Superlative RM events, and also works on the social media side of the company.

My favorite parts of working with Superlative RM are that there is always room for collaborating on ideas to make processes better and I am always learning something new, whether that is in my own department or being trained in another area where extra help may be needed!

I have been fairly involved with the company since I was 15 years old (in its, what I like to call, “dinosaur stages”), so it’s exciting to see the industry take a turn for the better and develop more into a high-tech era. Within the last 3 years, SRM has developed its online consumer platform CONNECT by Superlative RM, implemented web chat, and 2-way SMS. These changes within our company really showed me the direction of where this industry is headed, and it’s exciting to be a part of.

Regulation, compliance, and technology is going to drive everything.

I would define success as essentially doing something you love, something that you’re passionate about and being able to do it every day. When you are doing something you love and are passionate about, that’s usually where you’ll find the most success. You are willing to go the extra mile, learn more, take the failures on the chin and use it as a tool to become better rather than looking at it as a complete loss.

Don’t stress what you can’t control—it’s a waste of energy.

Make sure you have thick skin and don’t take things personally! It’s a competitive industry and everyone wants to win.
