RNN Expands Leadership with David Hinkes as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer
RNN Group has appointed David Hinkes as its new Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, adding decades of regulatory and governance experience to its leadership team as the company continues to expand its data intelligence and compliance solutions across regulated industries.
Hinkes joins RNN after a career spanning private practice and corporate leadership, including more than 20 years at TransUnion, where he most recently led the company’s global compliance organization as Vice President. Throughout his career, he has advised financial services organizations on legal strategy, regulatory compliance, enterprise governance, and risk management.
For RNN, bringing Hinkes into the executive team reflects that broader strategy.

As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Hinkes will oversee the company’s legal affairs, compliance, privacy, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management functions. He will work closely with RNN’s executive leadership team to support the company’s strategic initiatives and continued growth.
