Building Trust Beyond Transactions with Pronto Connects in the Local Community

Trust is not built in a single phone call or business transaction. It grows in the everyday moments when people show up for one another, lend their time, and stay involved in the communities around them. That is what makes community presence so meaningful. It turns a company from just another name into a group of people others recognize, relate to, and trust.

At Pronto Connects, that spirit of connection extends beyond work and into the causes, families, and local communities its team cares deeply about.

Showing Up in the Community

Pronto Connects focuses on relationships that go beyond business and into the communities its people actively support. As a communication platform in the receivables management space, the company brings years of experience, but just as importantly, a genuine commitment to staying connected at a local level.

That people-first mindset is reflected in how its leaders give their time and energy to causes that matter in their communities.

The People Behind the Impact

Rick Lang, President at Pronto Connects, stays closely connected to his community through his involvement in vintage drag racing. For Rick, it is about more than the sport. It is also about being part of a close-knit community and bringing people together through a shared passion.

His commitment to people extends beyond the track. Rick supports organizations like Bridge of Hope Greater Denver, which helps families experiencing homelessness move toward stable housing with ongoing support, and Help & Hope Center, which provides food, financial assistance, and essential services to those facing hardship.

Through these efforts, he plays a meaningful role in helping individuals and families find stability and hope during difficult times.

This same sense of community is reflected in the work of Ana Reyes, Director of Client Relations at Pronto Connects.

She brings it to the soccer field through her involvement with the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO). CYO is a community-based program that offers youth sports and activities, helping young people build teamwork, discipline, confidence, and strong values in a supportive environment.

Through her involvement, Ana dedicates six weeks each year to coaching youth soccer, mentoring more than 20 children at a time, and creating a space where young players can grow and feel supported. In the most recent season, she managed three teams and oversaw more than 30 games, providing guidance, encouragement, and structure along the way.

For Ana, the impact goes beyond the game. She’s helping young players grow not just as athletes, but as individuals by encouraging confidence, resilience, and a sense of responsibility.

Community takes another form in the work of Matthew Luke, Vice President of Sales at Pronto Connects.

A professional DJ with more than 30 years of experience, Matt has helped create lasting memories at hundreds of weddings, youth events, corporate functions, and community celebrations across the western United States and Canada. For him, music is more than entertainment. It’s a way to bring people together across generations and backgrounds.

Matt also gives back by volunteering his DJ services at local fundraisers and charity events throughout Utah, supporting causes such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, adoption fundraising efforts, and other community initiatives. Beyond music, he manages networking and IT support for nine congregations at his local church, helping ensure the technology behind their community services runs smoothly.

Whether through music, technology, or volunteer service, Matt is committed to bringing people together and making a meaningful difference in his community.

Giving Back in Ways That Matter

At Pronto Connects, these efforts don’t feel like obligations; instead, they are personal. It is part of how its people choose to live, lead, and connect with others.

Whether it is supporting families in need, mentoring young athletes, or simply showing up where it matters, these actions reflect a genuine commitment to people.

And that is what leaves a lasting impression. Long after a conversation ends, trust continues to grow through presence, consistency, and care. In the end, that sense of community is what makes connection real.
