Jerry Terrill is the Founder and President of Superlative RM, an accounts receivable management (ARM) company that works for creditors and debt buyers to assist them with recovering past due balances from consumers. Jerry is a Marine Corps Veteran and founded the company in 2006 after working in the ARM industry for many years. 

Jerry founded the company with the mission of reimagining debt collection by maximizing production and efficiency for Superlative RM’s diverse client base through positivity and empathy to satisfy the needs of consumers over the phone. Under his leadership, Superlative has become a trusted leader in the ARM industry with memberships with the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI), ACA International, and The California Association of Collectors. Jerry also volunteers on the Certification Council for RMAI. 

Jerry has positioned Superlative as a leader in the industry not only through association work but also through leadership examples. In late 2020, Superlative opened their second office in Phoenix, AZ expanding from their Elk Grove, CA home base. To help the community, Jerry and Superlative began supporting local youth sports organizations. And to continue their goals of helping both their consumers and clients alike, Superlative RM began a YouTube channel and sponsored financial literacy articles to help expand understanding of both their own services and the industry as a whole. 

Jerry served as a Corporal in the Marine Corps in the early 90s and has since worked in the ARM industry in many different positions. He founded his first company in 1994, then Superlative in 2006, and has been on many boards including the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce and the Conference of Western Attorney General. 

When Jerry isn’t working, he spends much of his free time with his family and in the community. Jerry worked as the Co-Founder, Coach, and President of a local football and cheer team for 11 years and worked as the Head Football Coach for the junior varsity team for one year. Jerry is proud of his military education and background and supports veterans services whenever possible.
