Jud Phillips is the CEO of Capital Compliance Group, a boutique consulting firm with a focus on licensing, certification, and compliance for the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry. Jud began CCG as the CEO over three years ago in Franklin, TN. Through Jud’s leadership, CCG has maintained their philosophy of staying personal enough that no client gets lost in the shuffle just because they are a small client.

Throughout his career in the ARM industry, Mr. Phillips has worked as an entrepreneur and independent contractor. With over 30 years of experience in the ARM industry, Jud has earned himself a reputation as a leader in licensing, certification, and compliance services. After three years of work at CCG, Jud said he’s enjoyed a close personal relationship with many of his clients.

Jud Phillips earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Jud said he is most proud of his “amazing wife and incredible kids” and credits his close-knit family as being the biggest accomplishment in his life. Before getting started in the industry, Jud worked as a radio DJ and said if he could have any other job, he’d go back to being a DJ. In his spare time, Jud is working to regain his fluency in German and continues to train in Krav Maga.
