Katie Head came to Branding Arc in 2021 with over 3 years of experience in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry working in various capacities at InvestiNet, LLC, a full services account receivables management firm in Greenville, SC. During her first year, she worked as a Media Generalist, a role in which she processed Satisfaction of Judgment, Assignment of Judgment, and Substitution of Attorney requests for clients and collectors. She spent the following 2 years working as a Disputes Specialist and specialized in processing, researching, remediating, and responding to a variety of consumer disputes in tandem with clients and 3rd party collectors. 

Katie also has 3 years of experience as a Librarian in various capacities. Katie earned her Master of Library & Information Science degree from the University of South Carolina in 2009. She especially enjoyed her time as Reference Librarian where she found a passion for research and adult education, including helping adults grow in personal finance education. During her time as a Librarian, she coordinated and hosted the library’s Money Smart Week, a nonprofit Federal Reserve/American Library Association consumer finance education initiative. 

Katie is a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) through Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) and has also completed several core compliance courses through ACA International. As a Content Creator for Branding Arc and Receivables Info, Katie has the opportunity to use her College of Charleston undergraduate background in Art and Education combined with her ARM industry knowledge and passion for the written word to help develop meaningful content for clients, consumers, and the ARM industry. 

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her three young children and her extended family doing anything creative, active, or close to nature. These days, parenting takes most of her time but when she does have the opportunity to volunteer, she enjoys helping others through local community housing initiatives including Homeworks of America and Habitat for Humanity.
