About CRS2026 Annual Conference
The Collection and Recovery Solutions conference began in 2002 because Creditors specifically requested an event for senior-level collection executives where they could learn about compliance, collections, effectiveness and efficiencies in an environment where they were not inundated by salespeople and vendors. Our exhibitors have demonstrated best-in-class relationships with many of the major Creditors within the space.
CRS is an invitation-only event for creditors. We limit the sponsors to those who are referred by creditors in attendance. We have a small exhibit area, with the latest in innovative and progressive companies in attendance. We encourage the right mix of sponsors and limit their attendance.

He was lauded for his commitment to the industry and for his participation in designing and implementing the RMAI Certification Program, which continues to ensure the knowledge and integrity of the industry.
A frequent speaker on topics ranging from Data Security, Operational Best Practices, Historical Industry Analysis, Encryption Methodology, Relationship Building, and all things โNerdyโ Mark still teaches the Introductory Primer Course required for RMAi Certification since its inception in 2013.
