As part of the sales team at VeriFacts, Traci Oltmans works with clients to create customized skip solutions to fit their goals. In her words, “I think I have one of the best jobs here. Not many people these days want to talk to a human about their debts; AI and machine learning are top trends for debt collection.

That’s a tough one. The industry has been through so many changes in the last couple of years. With millennials making up a larger chunk of debt payers today, I think the focus on more digital channels will become more important.

To me, success is working hard to achieve my goals. Did I learn something new, get out of my comfort zone, and do I feel good about the outcome? Those are ways I measure my success.

Take a moment to stop and appreciate life. Sometimes life gets so busy that we forget to appreciate the small things that we take for granted.

Get involved. This industry is filled with welcoming supportive people. Get out there, network, and make connections.

My family! I am so proud of my two children. I really can’t believe how lucky I am to have them, and they are the reason for everything I do in life.

I love all three books by Gillian Flynn. I’m really hoping she comes out with a new novel soon.
