Receivables Info Executive Spotlight with Will Joyner

Will Joyner has been with the Central Portfolio Control team since April 2020, after 20 years of experience in business operations management and executive leadership roles—the majority of which were spent in the receivables management industry. Will is responsible for organizational Sales and Marketing to prospective new clients as he develops and executes company sales, tools, and marketing strategies for the company.

I truly enjoy the work culture at CPC. From the executive team to the agents there is a true spirit of pride in performance, accountability, communication, teamwork and goal attainment.

The trend I am watching closely currently is automation across the healthcare receivables industry throughout the entire revenue cycle management. 

I predict there will be a significant decrease in live phone agent interaction with consumers and the dominant preferred communication and payment channels by consumers will be online systemic interactions.

The consistent achievement of goals and objectives, while maintaining work-life balance year over year.

There are going to be really bad days and there will also be some really amazing days. Stay focused on the goals and get it done. It truly is one of the best industries to be in and you will meet a lot of unique characters! 

Creating and implementing sales strategies and operational strategies over a 20-year career in multiple client verticals that drove best-in-class performance. I am grateful for the success and career I’ve had.
