The experience and capability of the Harvest team. As a receivables industry veteran for 25 years, I had the opportunity to admire Harvest from afar. To be a part of this team is a privilege.

Increased market share penetration by FinTechs. Large lenders will be challenged to move quickly and reduce bureaucracy to compete with nimble players in financial services.

This is a wonderful industry for someone that is competitive, analytical, process-oriented, and a problem solver. At the end of the day, seek to help consumers who are on their individual credit journeys. Listen to what consumers are saying, and seek outcomes that either improve or maintain how client brands are viewed.

Keeping my faith and family as top priorities during a lengthy career. I have had the opportunity to work at many great places during my career. They have shaped me, and I like to think I have made them better places.
