I have gotten the opportunity to work with some really amazing people. The relationships that I have gained will no doubt outlive my career with TransUnion.

It is probably a little late to call this emerging, but the transformation of preferred and permitted communication channels is top of mind for me. Anyone who has not already begun to adapt to digital communication channels should consider doing so immediately.

My hope is that we will continue to innovate and create new solutions to help consumers and businesses resolve financial friction. My fear is that continued regulatory pressure is going to make it difficult to do anything positive.

Any opportunity to make a positive difference in someone else’s life, career, business or financial situation I consider a success. This can be anything from helping a customer solve a problem with their business to helping a co-worker through a difficult personal or professional situation.

Just treat people right and everything else will take care of itself.

Be open-minded about the opportunity, it can really be quite interesting and rewarding. You will have the chance to work with some of the most entrepreneurial, smart, passionate and fun people that you will ever meet.

I am most proud of the people that my children have become as adults. I hope that I had some part in it.
