As COO, I primarily manage and deploy software and digital resources to enhance efficiency, productivity, and workflow automation. I help improve process project management and coordinate with CTO on all IT and security-related items.

I worked in the industry at Wells Fargo and at ASG prior to starting the company in 2004.

Deployment of Artificial Intelligence to manage workflow, contact strategies, and quality assurance.

Overall hopes include:

1. No additional government regulation is created for our industry (we are over-regulated now as it is…)
2. Minimum wage hikes cease since we cannot raise our prices to compensate. As labor costs continue to surge upward, we are forced to deploy more offshore assets.

Having to improvise, adapt, and overcome large challenges daily.
