What are your primary duties in your current role?
As COO, I primarily manage and deploy software and digital resources to enhance efficiency, productivity, and workflow automation. I help improve process project management and coordinate with CTO on all IT and security-related items.

How did you join the receivables industry?
I worked in the industry at Wells Fargo and at ASG prior to starting the company in 2004.
In the receivables industry, what emerging trend has your attention?
Deployment of Artificial Intelligence to manage workflow, contact strategies, and quality assurance.
What are your hopes for the receivables industry?
Overall hopes include:
- No additional government regulation is created for our industry (we are over-regulated now as it is…)
- Minimum wage hikes cease since we cannot raise our prices to compensate. As labor costs continue to surge upward, we are forced to deploy more offshore assets.
What is your favorite part of working at your company?
Having to improvise, adapt, and overcome large challenges daily.

Work to focus on the big picture items more than burning time on smaller compartmentalized issues.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Secret Service Agent.
If you work from home, what is the best thing about your home office setup/working from home? And if you work in an office, what is your favorite part of working in the office?
I work in the office (in the trenches) day after day because I want to be involved and engage the staff face-to-face. I find that to be much more effective.
What is your favorite book, movie, TV show, podcast, or music genre?
Bible, New Testament

I have a Harley Davidson. I enjoy riding in my free time.
